The sooner we realise we are in a war attrition the sooner we all unify and progress. The problem we have is we are too focused on the moment. This is a generational problem and we have to build a solid foundation to overcome the struggle. Using colloquial evidence I have gathered from my own life the problem I noticed was a unhealthy focus being "cool". There has to be a cultural shift from this nonsense. Just my 2 cents.

From what ive seen in my own life the reason we are tend to gravitate to the bottom is because we lowered the bar on what sucess means. I remember growing up And being told that "oh reading you trying to be white". That logic is not progressive for the goal. The real battle is changing the mindstate from accepting piss poor performance and achivements. We have to set bar higher than everyone else.
