lmao everyone I know who follows infowars constantly brings that up but I have never seen any conclusive evidence or peer reviewed research to back up the claims that the HAARP machine is capable of this. Though I guess we never truly know what the government /science is capable of.

Tbh I dont need a BBC documentary...but id like a little bit of proof outside of Alex Jones saying its the truth my man . And people dont need direct access to the machine to understand its technological capabilities. Every scientist who has anaylzed the machine has said it is not capable of doing anything close to changing the weather or controlling brain waves as such people claim....but if you could post some proof that the machine is actually capable of doing such a thing I would love to see it and be proven wrong..I dont mind that at all.

Some of the highest taxes in the country plus you gotta pay heat most of the year, the roads are hard on ya car, gotta buy boots and jackets but also summer clothes, most the restaurants that aren't chains are pretty pricey, stuff like that.
