This LastEmperor guy
Peyton would not have coexisted with Harbaugh, that is why he isn't here, both are control freaks
No, they both are great at there positions. Who are you to say they couldn't co-exist? You don't have a QB that is serviceable.
The whole thing about A.Smith is that he manage the game Trent Dilfer style
Thats it. So he needs to be told what to do. You think Harbaugh wouldn't want a Peyton Manning? Didn't he just leave Stanford where his QB was very similar to Peyton fukkin Manning?
See, you try to justify your loses. You lost Peyton, now you like "Well fukk it, we didn't need him... they wouldn't of co-existed

"
Yeah fukkin right salty nig...
I just hope Sunday's L woke up the team. Especially Alex. I'm still disgusted over that 4th and 15 play where that fool threw a 4 year drag route to Vernon. I had the

face the rest of the game after that shyt.
He threw it 4yrds? What he should of did was tuck that ball in and run it 76yrds for the TD, the longest run by a QB since slash in 96'
Yo, for now on I'm gonna call Alex Smith RX7
Him having a bad game wasn't my issue, everyone is going to have a bad game here and there, but him being gunshy REALLY disapponted me. He's so programmed now into not fukking up, that he's afraid to take chances if the play isn't designed to big a big play type pass by design.
Here's the thing. Smith is a bum, you know that. You guys had a great year last year
The homerism is you thinking Alex Smith did that (he didn't)
The homerism is you thinking Alex Smith since he was drafted so high, and you guys did good last year.. that Smith will only improve
Wait a second.... where the hell did all the gravity go?
Yeah. to me that play meant all of nothing though.
The game was so far gone and the whole offense was in such a malaise that it was just a piece of the moment with that play.
That was an overwhelming L and you can tell he got caught up in it, I just hope he doesn't hang his head over this shyt.
BTW, Alex is
#7 in QB ranking, so I like the fiasco of being a top 10 rated passer.
Yeah well RG3 is like 3rd in QB ranking. But he actually earned it
You might be right, I think it's getting clear the 49ers struggle against teams with a good offense and a good defense.
We can beat teams with awesome offenses (GB, New Orleans) and we can beat team with good defenses, but if we play a team like the Giants or Ravens who can do both we struggle big time.
I don't think that's the end of our story, but I do think it's something we need to come to realize and work towards fixing.
Did you just think something profound there when you said "They struggle against teams with good offenses and defenses" like if some teams don't struggle against good balanced teams?
Let me tell you about the Vikings tho... they not this good balanced team
They just some scrubs you couldn't handle. Deal with it...
no lie, that's my main concern as a niner fan.
the NFC west defenses are serious and we got 6 games against the cards, hawks, and rams. plus we got the bears on MNF later this season.
that
#7 ranking is VERY deceiving.
it comes courtesy of terrible defenses in the packers, lions, and bills.
Bingo
Well he was in the top 10 last year too, so it really isn't that deceiving.
I do think them division games are gonna be a lot harder now that everyone is shaping up, but I think AZ is in for a big landslide, they lose their last two and they got Minny this weekend.
I said before the season I can see 2 losses in division, I had us at 10-6.

Did you forget that marshmellow soft schedule you had last year that was even easier than this years?
I guess you did...
Glad to know you feel that way.
I think everyone says the same shyt about a QB until they actually win the thing.
You can replace Smith name with Flacco, Ryan, Romo, Vick and a host of other QB's and we`ve all heard that statement countless times.
So now your putting Alex Smith in the same category as Flacco/Ryan/Romo&Vick
YOU'RE 100% CORRECT.
But still, Peyton is at the end of his career, and Jim has just started his coaching career in the NFL. You would think they could put their ego's aside and work towards a common goal.
They could, they both are professionals.
I understand your points and they're solid.
But our D, special teams, and running game are vastly superiors to denver. You put alex smith in denver and they're probably 1-5 only beating the raiders at home. There's no way we lose to minnesota with manning, and the giants game is a lot closer than what it was.
If yall got Manning, that good superbowl would be a done deal ALREADY
And since overall your team is decent, there is no way yall gonna get a top QB to replace Smith unless a team moves in another direction.
Real talk, if yall would of scooped up Jason Campbell? You'd be a better team
Vick could get cut when the eagles crash and burn this year
Romo should be a free agent in 2yrs tops (as long as the cowbroads continue to miss the playoffs)
There's a few others. As a guy who likes teams who had shytty QB's over the recent decade. I now a dud when I see one.
Alex Smith reminds me of Heath Shuler. Except we didn't give Heath 5yrs to show what he could do
