So I read the thread, then watched the video.

:gucci:Y’all in here going back and forward over nothing.

Not one woman in the video name dropped/dissed/shaded the other company. They simply expressed their feelings of a once loved food spot returning.

No one is celebrating the other place closing.

Nah man, in the other thread about this topic, most people supported the schools decision to get rid of the Slutty Vegan restaurant.

The black chicks celebrating so hard is why the tone is different in this thread
I think the reason is because Twisted Taco was already there before Slutty Vegan. So there were probably already people who were upset that a popular food spot got replaced with an overpriced spot that serves food a lot of people don’t eat.

Plus somebody even made a mention of the meal conversion cost being better at Twisted Taco and that it was a come up. The fact that Slutty Vegan replaced a spot that the campus already liked changes the whole context of what’s happening here.

There’s always an ajenda in these threads.

If they loved the off brand Chipotle so much why did it leave in the first place?

Its really this simple, Im not sure where all this gender shyt is coming from :hhh:

The college students wanted and needed a cheaper option for food. Damn near everyone was in agreement with that, and its a good they got what they needed. Making a video dancing on a black businesses grave is corny as fukk. If they were men this thread still would've been made.

THe video shows that TWisted Taco is the option they had before, so these are people who already tried and liked the food and had an attachment to it. Not like they're just celebrating slutty vegan being gone

Is Twisted Taco Black owned because if not then it's a net loss, imo.

The same big bytches that say you can’t date me unless you make this certain amount of money
Or the same goofy hoes that try to run up a tab at a club/brunch spot outside campus :pachaha:
These lame muthafukkas can’t pick a struggle
They problack when they want to be and magically have money to turn up on the weekends outside of campus
But a $15 burger by a black owned business is unreachable now:dead:
Stop defending these hoes and start pointing out the hypocrisy
Did you watch the video :what:
The girls who were celebrating do not look like they out here getting tricked on, and if they are then yall really down bad
The quasi-prostitutes aren't affected by this, they get some simp to cashapp them lunch money. It's the students who were raised right out here struggling while they focus on school

Preventing homogenization, local business typically advocate for community needs, they counter historical exclusions and systemic barriers, minority businesses are more likely to stay in their respective neighborhoods during economic downturns, they inspire and challenge established stereotypes and perceptions, they add to the tax base which could potentially improve public services, more likely to advocate for community needs since business owners typically have more influence on local politics. And for the big one, *drum roll* less likely to be otherized!

But if it doesn't do any of that, what's the point? all this place did was make black people struggle to pay their way through collge.

Spellman makes Black women struggle to pay their way for college.

All those Spellman girls would save millions over the course of their careers going to PWI especially before they did away with the DEI scholarships.
