Crenshaw/hyde park,leimert park, North Inglewood. You can get a nice one bedroom apartment in lemiert park for 1200 a month. Majority black with tree lined big palm trees.

With only $50k to $60k you'll be renting a room or in the hood anyways. If you were a c00n then far out east like east LA and monterey park would be cool. Not east LA then you're surrounded by Mexicans. I took the 70 through there everyday. You get great views for less money but the money saved will be allocated to time, gas and extended travel since you're far away from the reasons of even moving to LA.

i live in inglewood.. my part is business minded black people..

stay away from north long beach and the eastside of long beach. there are black people but not quality business minded blacks

watts and compton a no-no.. still ignorant folks

best place i say culver city IMO
