Hip hop is still mainly straight male hip hop heads and we are the ones who gatekeep it. If we call you trash the weirdos will have to agree.
:patrice:

But nail polish wearing NBA Youngboy, nail polish wearing Lil Uzi and nail polish wearing Playboi Carti are trash and have had a strong weirdo following for almost a decade. And all 3 had #1 selling albums and all 3 have done collabos with other respected manly rappers. Where was this gatekeeping during all of that?

Except she's on record as saying she kinda expect her nikka to be Bi as well. Not defending her just putting out what's out there.
Makes no improvement to the OP.
Her statements have been echoed by more women in the last five years.
I see more women saying they are bi and queer and wanting their male partners to be that.

Most women I know like this are either single or in relationships with women because they seek men like this.
Fwiw, most of these women are younger than me, I'm early 30s.

It look like it's generational, but it remind me of girls I went to high school with who always had rumors about being on the DL.
College came around and well... they always had a new girlfriend between dudes they were seeing.
Until I started seein' what was going on, I dismissed it as some Sex and The City phase 'cause most these women were on the party scene.
Then I started goin' to the kickbacks and afterparties, and saw what was really happening.
Younger women today just seem more open about it.

I'm unavailable so it don't affect me, but issa trend I been noticing in women since the early 2010s.
