Breh real talk, I will shoot you a few recruiters who be in my inbox and always emailing me about jobs. If you have decent experience, it’s much easier to deal directly with recruiters. They will do the work for you. Now of course most of these not straight on with the company but you know how this contract jobs go, they often lead to direct hires if that’s what you trying to do. But that’s way less time consuming than applying the traditional way. You send these mothafukkas your resume and tell them your salary demands and where you located, and if your resume good, they gonna hit you with shyt all the time.

Then another tip is, find the corporate recruiters for a company you may wanna work for. If you can find an email address, just send them your resume and do the same thing as you did with the other recruiters. They don’t mind. Cause that’s what they do anyway. They see peoples resumes and call them for jobs they haven’t applied for just like the contract recruiters. So if your resume good, they gonna look at it and shoot you a job to apply for it they got something.

But the point is, once you get to a certain level in your career, it’s much easier to transition to using your contacts and working directly with recruiters. Much more efficient and less time consuming. The traditional way is more for rookies and shyt
