The fact that most people don’t see that applying for 300 jobs in one day is inefficient as hell, and likely untrue considering the time it takes to enter in info and shyt. A lot of people lie and cheat in America, that much is true. Companies lie to you all the time. Just got to know when you can get away with it. There are many technical positions where you can’t get away with that shyt. Management positions maybe, but that technical stuff will get you exposed quickly.

@Double Burger With Cheese no lie plus a lot of these companies have updated their application systems where you can literally apply to a job in 2 minutes. All the jobs I applied to had similar roles and required similar skills. Also I didn’t just apply to jobs that just came out. Some of the jobs I applied to were listed for 6 -7 days.

not really. just put ur info in linkedin/glassdoor/indeed, and ur good to go for the most part.

I never got a call everytime I put "SEE RESUME"

In all fairness I’m pretty sure he on career builder or one of those sites where u apply for one job then after you apply a bunch of other jobs come up where u hit “quick apply” and apply just by clicking that button. Prolly took him 20 min to apply for 300 jobs

I hope he ain’t really fill out 300 whole applications

I have never ever read a cover letter or looked at the work history in the system when making hiring decisions. All I care for is the resume. But candidates are preselected by HR, I don't know how they handle it
