Yo all u got to do is go to ur doctor, let them know u were in an accident and are feeling fukked up. They will diagnose u and refer u to therapy. Max out ur therapy sessions.

Total ur bills out (even if ur health insurance paid), total the time u took off from work (if u can use paid leave during this time do it, u will be able to get insurance to pay u for that time too) and total any other monetary losses u incurred because of this incident.

After that come up with a figure u won't accept less then in ur mind as far as pain and suffering and multiply it by 3.

When u speak with the adjustor u got to negotiate with them like u serious. They will try to give u the okie doke.

If u give me a ballpark of ur salary and how much time u plan on missing from ur job I can shoot u a realistic money amount on what u should expect to recieve
