So they deny him a transplant simply because he refuses to be vaccinated, but what about people who are alcoholics, obese or smokers? Do they get denied as well? Maybe they do, because I don’t know. This dude definitely falls into the fat category.

I'm pretty sure someone explained this to you already but they are more worried about the recipient after they get the transplant since they will be immunocompromised

Grand opening grand closing. Organs are incredibly guarded by hospitals. They will not give you shyt unless as many risks are mitigated as possible. Starting with vaccinations, not only for you but your family. And then they track you after you leave the hospital usually to make sure you and your fam are doing well/being SAFE.
