Harden has already been to the finals
True, but as a third option, not the cat leading the team. It's a little different when you need to be a Draymond/Odom/Horry than it is to be one of the leads. I'm not saying it doesn't count, but it's a different considering both his and Giannis' roles on their squads.

I love this. I'm not sure where it came from. Only thing I can think of the MVP race. It's just too bad they don't play in the same conference. A playoff series between the two would be epic.

T-Mac in OKC wins a chip. T-Mac shows up at the crib against a Kawhi-less Spurs with the season on the line. He's an example of a player that was unfortunate. Harden is an example of squandered opportunities. You put Harden in Orlando with those squads and hand checking and he doesnt' match T-Mac's numbers or team success. The issue with Harden is not wins and losses, it is epic chokejobs and picking the worst possible time for his worst possible game/series. He has a style that allows him to compile great numbers during the season but leaves him stuck during the postseason when they stop the ticky tack, cheesing foul calls. I am all for this back and forth. But Harden most certainly doesn't want to bring the playoffs into it. He's been choking since before Giannis got to the league.
T-mac literally never made it to the 2nd round.

I'm not sure what you're basing this any of this off of
