Being tall don't give you the strength to put 300lb nikkas on they back. It don't have nothing to do with your ability to put the clamps on defense either. If Giannis was a foot shorter, he'd be Westbrook and still wouldn't choke like Harden does.
:mjlol:

But ain't t nothing wrong with talking yo shyt though.:yeshrug:

shocked by how many people are taking Harden's comments seriously and calling Giannis an unskilled player. Shaq is caught in the crossfire too for some reason even though he was a very skilled player.

They hate to see us unified and do more than beyond entertaining them. Typical cac shyt. This shyt doesn’t happen in baseball, hockey, nascar etc. That’s why I’m not gassing this beef.

I appreciate this rivalry...

Both have pressure on them. Harden is in Year 11 and while he still has a good half-decade minimum before he hangs it up, he's starting to trend closer and closer to that "best to never win a ring" line. He's one of the ten best 2-guards ever if he retired today, and he probably will finish as Top 5. A ring would help his legacy immensely....the sad reality is every era there are greats who won't get a chip. I hope he isn't one of them...

His game can be hard on the eyes but his craftiness and ability to manipulate the flow of the game to his will is an elite skill that doesn't come along often...

Giannis has pressure for a different reason. He's in Year 7, like other people have said, let's not pretend he just walked in the door yesterday. He's about to win his second MVP and has as good a chance as anyone to win the chip. He's basically the reincarnation of LeBron--->exactly 10 years younger, entered The League exactly 10 years after, won his first MVP exactly 10 years after, gonna go back to back 10 years after, taking an also-ran East squad before him and turning them into perennial favorites, etc...

The LeBron parallels are all over the place with Giannis.....like LeBron, let him not win the title this year, the seeds are already being planted by media person. The only way that he doesn't get resounding criticism is if he goes out hard, balling his ass off, and he just is on the inferior team. In which case, he'll still get criticized (like LeBron), but it won't be as bad as if he plays terribly and they lose...

People have been putting him in "best player in the world" talks for two seasons running now, he's gotten an immense amount of effusive praise. He better win it all...

To this point, neither has a legacy as great winners, so it'll be fun to see who can shift the narrative. And I can't wait for Harden to go off on the Bucks later this month lol...

The players respect Harden more than Giannis. Go look up the numerous responses they had about the hardest to guard in the league. On arenas podcast talking about they wouldnt fear Giannis if he was on the schedule next, the same say they would Harden etc
