Curry is averaging 32 PPG on 70% TS while playing 34 minutes a game. Jordan averaged 40 minutes and scored 35 on 56% TS

Using FG% for Curry doesn't tell how efficient is because it doesn't account for how good he is at 3s.

To give you an idea of the difference between Curry's efficiency right now and Jordan is this...

A difference between 10% in True Shooting, on SUCH a similar amount of PPG, is like comparing MVP Kevin Durant to Allen Iverson. Or even Jordan vs. Allen Iverson.

THAT's what Curry is doing. He's playing way less minutes and averaging an unheard of efficiency.
what about the very next season when he avg 35ppg shooting 54% from the field? not tryin to have a "gotcha" moment i honestly wanna know how curry's season compares so far

The Truth
I believe we all rolled out eyes on that....but a year later...I'm not sure it's even debatable. Not stats...but if I'm an opposing team, I fear Lebron 5 feet from the basket less than I do Curry 30 ft away.
I definitely did not.

In fact, I agreed with him. This year he's just proving it a lot better with more volume shooting

This game made me:ohhh:

And I knew he'd run shyt soon

The same year when he killed Denver in the playoffs and took Iggy from them :wow:

But yes, I always thought he was gonna be a superstar after that New York game and Game 1 against the Spurs in the 2013 Playoffs. The Kerr hiring was icing on the cake.

Are u even taking into account that one is averaging like 34 min a game? It's cool u would take Jordan and all cuz he scores more but one of these dudes isnt even playing as much and only averaging 5 less points on better percentage with 7 less attempts. Ur blind MJ stannery is astounding

How many times do I have to say I DON'T CARE!!!

If Curry sits the 4th thats on him, SO WHAT...He's having an amazing Season but I still take MULTIPLE Jordan seasons over the one he's having right now.

I can't believe nikkas are negging me cause I personally don't think Steph is having THE GREATEST SINGLE SEASON EVER:what:

For thinking the GOAT still has better seassons :what:

Is the Cult of Steph Curry becoming that rabid????

"Advance" stat geeks having women like hissy fits because Id still take Jordans amazing season??

We can't just agree to disagree?

Fukking women on this site I tell you.

You shouldn't have to ask breh, Jordan had some amazing seasons and if you take that over what Steph is doing there is NOTHING WRONG with that.

Don't let the Steph cult bully you out of your own opinion.

Of course Jordan had better seasons. We're talking offensively here. So far Steph has been unquestionably better.

It's really a perfect storm. It's Curry raising to his greatness, as well as being on the perfect team for his style of play. His teammates are good enough from 3, that you can't confidently cheat off them (especially Klay who can get Curry-like hot), but Curry is so damn good that he demands a lot of attention from the D. The Warriors also have other ball handlers so Curry doesn't have to being the ball up all the time. If Curry can keep this up, which I think he can, the Warriors are going to be tough as hell to beat this year.

Whoever said they wouldve traded Curry and kept Monte needs their posting privileges revoked
:comeon:

I knew he was going to be a lethal wing player once they got rid of Monte Ellis I was certain his ankles wouldn't hold up to attack the paint but he's proven otherwise..

Not surprised. As with Harden his rookie year was really good. I had Harden being MVP level and Steph being a Superstar easily after their first few years (Steph's ankle injuries were way overblown). Big reason I bet on GS winning it the summer they signed Iggy. His current level tho? No way I saw this. He really isn't weak in any area.

Draymond being a top 5 player in the league is a big deal too.

People trying to discredit his ring cause of injuries

Got the Chip and MVP and now he's playing with a chip on his shoulder shyttin on the entire league..

:childplease:

Bron
Curry
Durant
Westbrook
Leonard
Paul George
Etc,.....

Draymond having a better year than all but Steph, WB and, Kawhi and PG. Durant arguably. When he is on the court GS is unstoppable. Dude is averaging 7 APG while playing DPOY level.

he came from nowhere to nikkas who didn't watch the warriors, sure

he's been close to this good for two or three years

seems like you're going by statistics/media hype and don't know what you're talking about
