After you were born, you probably encountered millions of books that were written before your time, some of them with anonymous authors just like the one you read. All that exists was created by G-d, even this reality. There is no verse in the Bible, there is no command in the Bible by G-d telling us to not study or grow in knowledge of the natural world. There are verses about not centering G-d in our pursuits in life and growing in our knowledge of Him though. But that in no way, shape, or form invalidates us growing in our understanding of STEM.

And you're superimposing your own beliefs onto G-d which is just blasphemy. You aren't G-d so you cannot tell man that studying science is bad/evil.
