And even in the tweet in the OP he says he’s been reaching out to the congresswoman and hasn’t heard back. Try to reach out to a person in congress and see if you ever get anything back but a cut and paste email at best. He seems under the impression that politicians should take him serious. But he hasn’t given a reason why?

Long story short, both parties reached out to Cube.
The Repubs asked to use some of his plan in the platinum plan, the Dems told him we'll talk after the election.
As far as Sheila Jackson Lee, she's a horrible rep, we(ADOS) have been calling her by the droves demanding HR 40 get Dr Darity's edits to no avail. The "teeth" Cube is likely referring to, is that the bill has no minimum allocation and that it isn't specifically for ADOS.

But Cube is just attempting to fill a clear leadership vacuum because Black politicians, clergy and intellectuals have failed us.

From my understanding, he posted his plan on Twitter. I guess people @ both parties -- and he said they both called (reached out ) him -- and requested to meet.
He met with reps from both parties. Repub were like can we take some of this and add mixed it with ours -- he said he told them Sure, whatever. He didn't know what they were gonna take or use.
Then the Dems said they liked 85% of the plan -- but they would talk about it after the election.
I get what you are saying -- but I feel like everyone should be taken serious -- until proven they shouldn't. He didn't do anything wrong,
He didn't endorse, tell anyone to endorse -- nor try to suppress votes - by telling anyone not to vote.
I have reached out via email, call, fax -- and meet with local and state reps. You can meet with Congressmen/women -- it takes a lot of calling and the reps willingness to meet with you though.
Mrs. Jackson has been contacted by hundreds of people about the H.R. 40 edits -- and she hasn't responded to anyone. So, Cube using his platform to call her out was everything to me.
