He's been on stage and in the board room going against executives so he has his own set of credentials. If you alienate some people because they don't fit a certain criteria then you're short changing yourself because there's people out here that have their own set of credentials through their own personal experience that makes them qualified outside of formal education.

Actually what’s happening is people are starting to listen less to what people tell them and are paying more attention to what people show them.

Some Black men are putting more stock in results over resumes.
