I watched it with my godmother, who was a huge Oprah fan. We had a big discussion after it, because I called Oprah fake LOL for her stance against rappers. It was hilarious.

I watched it on tape after it aired. I was bothered by Kevin Liles comments. He was so used to speaking to young artists, that he tried to say the same things to a room full of working adults and he sounded foolish...
Main reason why I replied to the member about the show was because I remember decision makers on the panel. Rappers are rappers, their bosses are the ones that people would want to hear from. The ones who control what gets edited out of content.

Why would Cube or anyone else be surprised that a Boomer era woman like Oprah wouldn't want to fukk with "gangsta" rappers. That age group within the Black community were very vocal about not being a fan of the content, the portrayal of Blk ppl in the music and the language regarding BW in the music.

It’s sad to see my favorite rapper go out like this. You can tell he’s desperate at this point. Hollywood has shut him out for not taking the vax and the Big 3 is hanging on by a thread. Without the Big 3 Cube will be touring with Dub C until he’s 70z. Without Hollywood he needs this Big 3 shot to work. But he just seems like a weird dude at this point even going back to the press run for Mt. Westmore he doesn’t even know how to kick it wit nikkas anymore he seems out of place and touch all the time these days. His at gimmick is just sad at this point
