Not true at all. Most I know in that age bracket rock with him. Both of my uncle in-laws are in their 50's/and up and still talk about Ra. And these cats that were heavy into Run DMC and X-Clan and wore all of the gear.

He just did. Maybe Pac is not in his top favs. Maybe he doesn't listen to much Pac music. It's his top 15. Not who should be on everyone's top 15.

Right! People don't take this into account... they act like he already had a fixed list where he carefully rated MCs based on a criteria and brought it up there and read it off I bet if he went on another podcast or radio show and they asked him today, he'd probably name some different people. I doubt rappers just sittin' around with an iron-clad official list of 15 top MCs for whenever someone asks them. Dude gave an on the spot answer and was naming rappers that came to mind. Folks take things too literal and personal. And even in that case, he doesn't HAVE to name certain people just because MFs think he should.

some people have deep issues with their own opinions. They need constant confirmation/validation from people in positions of authority (in their mind) that their opinion is correct.
