DeSantia didn't ban black history, he banned a specific black history ap course and he was right to.,the course had nothing to do with black history and just used the title to promote crt and intersectionality. I would suggest you read up on the content of the course and not repeat dnc headlines.

Desantis did NOT only ban "a specific black history AP course", he also signed a bill banning all "critical race theory" from schools (which by his government's definition is literally anything that points out white people systematically fukked over black people). The bill literally says that educators can't teach any lesson that causes students to "feel guilt, anguish, or other forms of psychological distress because of actions, in which the person played no part, committed in the past by other members of the same race, color, national origin, or sex."

So if any white parent says the teacher's lesson made their kid feel bad about being white, the material can be banned.

You openly ignored all the receipts I posted that proved the voter ID laws were specifically targeted at Black Americans.

They didn't just just require voter IDs, they specifically chose which IDs to include or not include based on which ones were most disproportionately held by White people as opposed to Black people.

Gerrymandering happens in every state California ferry manders districts that have strong republican bases as do most liberal states. It's politics and gerrymandering isn't disenfranchisement either, the ability to vote and that vote be counted remains intact
