So, basically, the idea here is that anything short of death is totally fine and nothing to worry about?

Most people didn't die while Trump was president, therefore Trump president is no big deal...

I don't agree with that.

I know a dozen people personally that had their lives altered in seriously negative ways (and their freedoms limited) due to executive orders and policy prescriptions made by Trump and/or the GOP under his leadership. The GOP are all about mask-off facism right now, and they're getting more extreme every year. It's not fear mongering. That's basically the way they market themselves now.
I was being facetious due to the vagueness of the comment I was replying to.
What I mean is the majority didn't see that big a difference in their lives to be swayed. A good example are Ice Cube's comments that started this thread and how many people agree.

That tracks. A majority of people don’t follow politics or current events closely. Getting back to, ignorance.
And amongst those who do, half of them are watching propaganda on Fox and likeminded sources.

So if every Black person didn't vote you would label all of us Trump supporters? You're not Black right?
So are we finally done pretending that the only way to support a politician is directly voting for them? Or are you going to explain how it would have hurt Trump to prove your point?
Yes.

Uh no. That's not support, that's non participation. The opposite of support. Now answer my questions.

If any group of solid Democrat voters, large enough to swing the election, intentionally didn’t vote for Biden in 2020, thereby securing the election of Donald Trump, how is that not supporting Trump?
It wouldn’t make that group Republicans, but they would certainly be Trump supporters as they intentionally took an action with the direct knowledge that it would result in the election of Trump.

If it’s not supporting Trump, then explain to me how it would have had no impact or actually hurt Trump?

Some people can think past 1 election. If you want the Dems to change you have to stop voting for them otherwise they won't. It's a lack of support of Democrats, that doesn't mean support for Republicans.
I could just as easily say the 2 party system we currently have is corrupt and unsatisfying. You vote for the Democrats and you don't vote third party you are supporting the 2 party system. lol

I can understand that the long range of goal of supporting Trump and securing his election is to change the Democratic Party, but you are still supporting Trump in the present election.

OK, let's hypothetically say that happened. That would be a major event and in the aftermath the Dems would be searching for answers. Should they ask Black people what can we do to get your support? Or call them a bunch Trump supporters?
