Just because you say a metaphor doesn't make it good. Witrh that said, that rhyming is dope but it's more how it's delivered. If a nikka with a wack ass delivery or flow said those lines, nobody would care about them. That's my point. It was more HOW P said things than what he said. I'm not saying he wasn't good lyrically, because he certainly was, but he wasn't standout to the point I would ever say he's better than someone who had Cube's content. To me, you'd have to be Jay, Eminem, etc...lyrically to have weaker content for me to put you over someone like Cube.

Can't keep up with the replies lol Gonna reply quick. I don't see Cube as a little dude, but as an MC I don't see how he's near KRS. Course I heard No Vaseline. You don't need historical backing about opinions, need knowledge, got that,. No that's not the way it works, it's not a popularity contast, you judge on who you believe is the best. My GOAT list is about who I think is the best, not personal favourites, I like Pun, Biggie, Slick Rick and others above Jay but I have Jay higher in my list. This way of thinking is a way to oppress talent and hold on to the status quo, no MC is off limits. K-Rino is much better than Cube but people want to hold on to shyt because they listened to Cube when they was young and he's a big star and a movie star. I'm not bothered about all that. Pac's my GOAT, one day someone may surpass him, if so then so be it, I'm not holding on to shyt cause I listened to Pac as a kid. Infact when it comes to skills K-Rino is really A LOT better than Cube, and anything else is preference. Much more topics than Cube, better lyricist, more creative, better and more concepts. He beats him in every category skill wise really, he has much more albums too. it depends on the reasons someone says. No-ones gonna have everyone agreeing because nothing will be definitive.
