Greg Kading has always stated numerous times the LAPD didn't give a fukk who killed Biggie, the only reason they investigated in the first place was because they had to clear the department's name so Biggie' estate could drop the lawsuit against them. Once they proved to the courts that they had no involvement, the court dismissed the case, and LAPD moved on.

Nobody expects a driveby to happen at the vegas strip,Pac had plenty of security that wouldve been surrounding him.
