If you don't know how to pinpoint where bears might be or know what a bear trail looks like, don't know how to forage for food, make shelter, clean water, etc... Being stuck out in a forrest/woods without another person to help is probably gonna be a death sentence.

It’s not a fork in the road, it’s lost in the woods. The worst a bear can do is kill her.

Bears aren't good at killing. So a bear could break her spine and come back every few days and eat off her body. That is what happened to one unfortunate man that encountered a bear. He was out there for hours/days being nibbled on.

I failed for believing people are inherently good.
