225 Bench
315 Squat
405 Dead
everybody can...you dont have to go down as far![]()
Incline>Flat>Decline as far is difficulty....I'd say most people can do 70-80% of their flat on incline.I've always heard it as

Won't ever get in this club.
My shoulder feels like its gonna pop out on the bench, so i just quit trying to go heavier. Most I ever put up was 245 on the barbell and 125/arm with dumbbells.

Bench is kind of overrated anyway. I've had a strong bench press for a while when I had miles to go on other muscles. I've put up 400 on the bench once and it was kind of a waste after the initial feeling of![]()

tho. I don't find myself in practical situations where i'd need to push much more than 225 so I don't push the issue much beyond being able to push it for a few reps if I HAD to.
