It's possible but there is definitely a process involved in starting your own leagues, and even then a lot of these team owners have some level of ownership in the stadiums the teams play in so you would have to have stadiums in smaller markets/ colleges and build from there.

I thought the last lockouts were the time to do it. Them nikkas was getting all kinda pub just playin pick up games and shyt.

If I had the dough hell yeah I woulda tried to start up a league. Only like 4 teams, have the games in different cities like WWE or some shyt. No way in hell LeBron and his 4 vs KD and his 4 doesn't sell out. Could make a killing off PPV too. Think about how much money a Floyd vs McGregor fight would bring and there would be nothing "official" about that shyt either.

Only issue would be salaries but that's only a small percentage of income to real superstars. Them sneaker contracts ain't expiring no time soon.

This would literally get BLOCKED on every single level all the way down to the agents threatening to leave clients because they received a phone call. No one would be able to get a stadium built. It would be chaos due to the massive intervention and prevention from outside forces. The PR campaign would be outrageous as well. Everything would be slanted to make it seem bad or lesser, or irresponsible or more dangerous. However, if attempted, it could provide the most blatant example of systematic racism in existence :manny:

But then again, they gave the XFL a shot :ehh:

the individuals who are ahead did what they had to to get there
you want them to take losses for a whole bunch of individuals who ain't did nothing to deserve it
there are other ways to help and they should do more in that regard

but fukk outta here with the unrealistic dustyassfakemilitantfauxpantherhotepfukkshyt jahahahahaa

where they cross-over and clap boards
I think these dudes Kevin Durant, your Lebrons, etc should sit down and try and give it a shot. Also educated these young black high school kids that are coming out of 12th grade to start going to your HBCU schools. The money will follow.

We already had this discussion in the coliseum about top athletes going to HBCU's. It's not going to work because no elite athlete will turn down top notch facilities to go to a HBCU
