SO BIGGIE HIMSELF WASNT EXPECTING TO BE THE KING AND/OR BE IN CONTENTION AS LONG AS YALL WANT TO BELIEVE.

If Jay is still relevant and making music today, what makes you think BIG wouldn't be able to do the same? Jay Z damn near worshiped the ground he walked on. Dude stayed swagger jacking him.

cuz rap is different now.

its all COMPLETELY about politics and such now. pac & big wouldve prolly fell off and missed the boat before the game got corny.

and jay-z aint REALLY relevant. take away all the hype, put jay-z on an indy and watch him quickly float away into obscurity.

Yea I came to the conclusion awhile ago that one of the biggest reasons Jay is still relevant is because he has the political power to keep himself in rotation.

Not sayin his name doesn't still have value but when's the last time Jay had a big solo hit.

hip-hop lost when we went from:

"ALL YOU OLD RAPPERS TRYNA ADVANCE, ITS ALL OVER NOW, TAKE IT LIKE A MAN" - :pachaha::pacspit:

to 10 years later when dumbs fans needed to be informed that:

"I KNOW A SETUP, THESE OLD NICCAS KNOW IM BOUT TO TAKE THEY SPOT" - :stopitslime:
