Mase is better than anyone on that list by far. Yes he was low energy and monotone (and in most cases that's a sign for disaster) but because he has a good natural voice, it works. His voice is very cool and stylish. The rest on your list don't have naturally good voices and nothing about their voice is cool.

Mase vocal quality went in the shytter trying to set up puff as a solo artist and the reason why he is looked at.
As one of the worst rap culture thief of all time and his worst sellout of his exact era who was culturally viable before a record deal.

Good list except RAs is so horrifically offkey.
That when the so ic landscape changed he was exposed and sjnCE he never tries to make it better.
He becomes unlistenable after the shelved records being played off dark horse obscure value.

Royce is offkey, big l was offkey, jayz regressed Into having horrible offkey vocals every record.
That when his technical aptitude is in disarray, he gets exposed.

The rappers of this Gen lack technical mastery, so their music will never draw because vocally they are offkey and being offkey kills convincability. Where in a pop rap Contemporary world where rap is an offshoot of gangsta rap. Gangsta rap lacking convincability will never metriculate consistently if at all.
if it does not have a misleading marketing run behind.

Jay Rock and Nas have dope voices imo.

People felt Kendrick had a bad voice and they hated the alien thing he did, now that man won't stop singing lol.

Common and Mos Def have some of the best poetic voices.

Nah imo and no hate, but nas has an extremely monotone flow. Part of the reason why i have hard time listening to him.

Big Sean sounds like a nerd, like you understood when he first came out cuz he was like 19 but he still sounds like that. between his voice and shytty punchlines i wrote him off 5 years ago. same for Chance, i cant listen to 50 minutes of that shyt

He knows how to use it though. If you listen to the way he says some things, he makes them sound so dope imo.

Even listen to his March madness freestyle. Nas killed that shyt.

I even like Doom's voice as mono tone as he is and off beat some times lol.
