How does appealing to "moderate" whites help Black men?

There are also plenty of disaffected Black men who don't want to vote for either candidate, but it'd weigh better for their basic civil rights to do so.
I will say, her share of the "Black male vote" is the largest of any male group in Georgia, so she's in alright shape.
