i can see why he would leave, but hes also a big reason why we are in this predicament. wait til the off-season and sign with us and we wouldve had traded all of those assets to get chris paul but he wanted his money. instead we blew our remaining space on chandler and the rest is history. still think with a pg who can stay in front of his man and an actual system being run with phil/fish, this team could have a season similar to last year.

my point was the players we traded melo for, could have been used to get paul. hence us using our 3rd big player cap space on tyson chandler. where if melo waited til the off-season we couldve signed him out right and paul wouldve told new orleans its ny or nothing, thus them getting the same package denver got.
