It makes no sense for the Cardinals to go after Romo.He's the same age as Carson Palmer and even more fragile.

Plus the offensive line isn't 1/4th as good as the Cowboy's

getting to a superbowl isnt easy no matter how good you are. defense, offensive line, coaching, are all huge factors. Cowboys have never been considered the best team in the NFC, outside of 2014. and even then, they barely loss to the Packers that year, and it wasnt romo's fault. The read option is fine and all, but we scored more points without it when Romo was under center.

Dak has played 3 subpar games in a row, its not just 1 game. Nobody would be reacting after 1 game, its a growing trend at this point. He fumbled twice last week and only passed for 145 yards. The week before, he was missing open recievers down the field all game. Its fine for a rookie, but that shyt aint gonna fly in the playoffs.

Dak was constantly in 1 and 20+ situations against the Vikings due to nonstop penalties. Not many quarterbacks are going to convert in those circumstances. It was 1st and 30 and he managed to turn that drive into another first and then score a TD and he looked significantly better the second half and we won that game. What is the other 'bad game'? A redskins game where we put up 31 points and Dak led a game-closing drive?

Cowboys won 3 games in 12 days against some of the toughest defenses in the league and a Redskins team that was heating up. The Cowboys have never beat the Ravens. Beat them for the first time. Beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh.

Dak only has to win one more game to tie Romo's 2014 season win total and there are 3 games to go.

Its deeper than wins, im looking at qb play. How the qb moves in the pocket, how he breaks down read, etc. A QB can play sub par and we can still win cause our line. Wont be the case in the playoffs. You cant tell me dak has been better than romo in the past. We are 5-24 on 3rd downs in the last 2 games. We arent winning playpff games like that period

It's always at play but I agree with you to some extent

Bottom line is... our leashes are usually shorter and we're typically under a different microscope when we're QBs

With that said he does have an All pro behind him who only lost his job due to injury not performance


Jerry Jones also owns and coaches this team :snoop:

This is just like the Super Bowl where the 9ers were down and they were talking about yanking kaep. It is always at play and I say this as a big romo fan. If Dak is costing them games then play room but dak is your future, you don't want to full with his confidence.

Pretty much. When a guy like Carson Wentz loses, it's because all of the weapons around him suck, but when Dak loses 2 games in 13, the team was winning in spite of him and he's holding the team back with his play.

It's amazing how not playing can actually boost your status. All of a sudden Romo has gone from being the whipping boy to the conquering hero while doing absolutely nothing :mjlol:. We really gonna act like Romo is above having a poor performance and throwing some costly picks? :usure: Drew Bledsoe was more accomplished than him when he lost his job to Brady and Romo. Neither of those guys were perfect in their first 13 starts either. shyt you never know, we may not even be having this discussion if Dez holds on to the ball. Speaking of which, this receiving corps aint' exactly the greatest show on turf. Romo did his damage with healthy, dominant Dez or TO and a pre-:flabbynsick: Witten.
