regardless of how high you insist on rating Eminem on your rapper list, theres NO rappers on the level of MJ & Prince in terms of notoriety, impact or popularity.


and i don't even like prince.

and I'm tired of MJ.

No, for the simple fact he was too dividing and threw a lot of folks under the bus including celebrities, ethnic groups, groups based on beliefs, etc.

People will probably respect Em's skill, but Em won't have the outright mass unconditional love the other two got.

The mass majority loved MJ and Prince who promoted a more whole 'together' vibe. Even with the MJ controversy, which he was never proven guilty of, people know they did him wrong and know they just wanted to chop him down. Kind of like Muhammad Ali, outside pockets of downright hateful individuals that never liked him anyway, people know they messed up with MJ.
