Moderation on this site being unfair is one aspect, but it is also extremely lax, which is good for a "locker room" environment, but can also lead to things like this. I've been on other sites where cursing, sexual references, attacks on other users, and so forth were enough to warrant a ban. It wouldn't be long before the complaints would come streaming in if this site operated similarly. It's a matter of where should the line be drawn. If this were a hated White poster, I'm sure there wouldn't be much outrage in any capacity. Fair is fair, even when it isn't.

No one is saying you have to be strict on language, but when people are having information about them and their family posted, I think we can all agree that crosses the line. Being strict on invading someone's privacy is completely different than being harsh on language.
