It's well known that black pilots have existed for literally damn near 100+ years. What yall don't seem to understand is to white people any black person in a "prestigious" position is there because of affirmative action and not because they worked hard. There's a reason why the overwhelming majority of people in high positions in Fortune 500 companies for example are white men and white women and they (other white people) don't have a problem with it (whites make up 95% of those positions despite being 60% of the population). One black CEO or vice president of a corporation and they lose their minds. 1 black CEO out of 500 positions... They simply want black people in subservient positions.

You still need a Bachlors degree. Hell you probably need a GPA.

You need to successfully pass all those tests.

You also still need 1500 flight hours.


You will NOT get hired by an airline for missing one of the three above.

You don’t even need a degree anymore. The major airlines will hire you if you have enough experience flying for a regional airline or flying corporate. There’s a huge shortage of pilots.

I'd imagine that most pilot mistakes and crashes are from 95% white pilots. Prob more than that. We have pretty strict guidelines on the requirements to become a pilot. Specifically when it comes to hours required, training, etc. Being black doesn't magically mean you don't need 1500 hours flying.

If these people want to find folks getting jobs they don't deserve thanks to DEI go look at white women in academic and administration roles. That shyt is NOT handing out jobs to unqualified people in serious fields (medical, finance, aviation, etc).
