I don't think you understand what DEI policies are or how they are implemented. None of it is in my favor because it does not benefit black people. Every DEI implementation is posed as a way to "help black people" and inevitably expands to help LGBTQ+ or some other "protected minority". And since black people are not seen as being more oppressed than some of those other groups, DEI ends up leaving US out of the running.

There is a wide difference between theory and practice. What DEI says it does is not what it actually will do.

Just because an under represented minority in a given field is looked at first, doesn't mean they're not equally or even more qualified for a position that the wyte guy who THINK it's HIS job.
