Hand me a gun and ill defeat foes is great lyrics to you? :why:
naS stans accept straight garbage from that chump that they would crucify other nikkaz for. Illmatic being the perfect example of shytty line after shytty line. I cant fukk wit nas shyt b... Its trizash. nas is like Pac without the fire, Lupe without the lyricism, 3000 without the style and lyrics... Hes just a regular nikka

Looking at their discogs/work as a whole, I would say they are about equal imo. I'm in the minority that thinks God's Son and Nastradamus are decent albums though, and I'm not a fan of LIG or Untitled like some others are.

Pac had a number of average songs on his albums too (although if some of his double discs were condensed they easily could have been solid front to back). Plus he always had like 50 guest artists on all of his albums, and they usually sucked.

Yea outlawz sucked for the most part. And if I'm listening to a Pac album, I want to actually, you know, listen to Pac. Does anyone even listen to Outlawz albums other than Still I Rise?

I swear naS stans are so unapologetically dumb... According to this specific naS dummy, great lyricism is determined by how much its quoted. So when Drizzy says,"hennessey and enemies is one hell of a mixture" hes being a great lyricist and quoting the GOAT lyricist... Pac.

Of course Lu shyts on naS lyrically...

No matter how you try to explain nacho cheese im castro its just a disgustingly shytty line... So is pepperjack cheese, im Hussein. So is hand me a nine and ill defeat foes, same with gimme a 4-5 and ill beat my enemies. Its just terrible terrible writing especially for a dude whose sposed to be nice. Waka Flocka shyts on that bs.

But go head keep thinkin that shyt is nice :heh:

you dumbass, who said "hand me a nine and ill defeat foes" is a great line ? the line just meant what it meant, it's just a phrase that content of lot of bragadaccio and violence, it's context where this phrase is said that made the all thing ill.
If I say I have a dream or yes we can theses two phrases don't have any impact, they are regular as f..k, but when MLK and Obama said them, these phrases are powerful in the context they said them. If you can understand that basic thinking just buy another brain on the black market.

your example of drizzy quoting Pac actually prove my point, not to say pac is a goat lyricist cause he ain't but he's one of them. H.is writing far from complex and his metaphors are not deep but he wrote powerful statements and got a powerful voice. If you judge by the amount of sampling and quoting an mc got, you will find that those who got sampled and quoted the most are the berst lyricist, and I insist on lyricist and not just great rappers. A good lyricist mark from time to time the entire hip hop with classic phrases.

I can point out Rakim "I came in the door, I said it before" and make it look as dumb as you do with "Nacho cheese, I'm Castro", cause the pharse by itself looks kinda corny, but no, cause in the context of the Rakim song, the phrase do have a meaning (he paved a way for many)

I dare you to find one song that got a lupe sample on the chorus, goodluck breh

u clearly are not a fan because if u did " actually " bought a pac album that he made while alive then u are listening to pac u just nitpicking imo.
How am I nitpicking? I love Pac and when I'm listening to his songs/albums I'm listening for him specifically. I don't want to hear his weak friends on a track that he completely outshines 100% of the time and just makes them seem like they're getting in the way. Outlawz would be completely irrelevant without Pac

That's like if MMLP had D12 on every song, shyt just wouldn't be on the same level. I like D12 to some extent, but Eminem was always leaps and bounds better than them and his verses always stood out so much more, and if I'm listening to an Eminem album its to actually hear Eminem. I don't see why there's so much animosity on this complaint. Pac's albums would have been soooooooo much better if it was actually 95% or so of Pac on them. This is by far my biggest complaint with Pac's music.

Same thing if I'm listening to a Method Man album, I prefer to hear the main artist rather than a bunch of other people (although Wu are good as guest artists, but still)
I wouldn't want to hear a Busta Rhymes album with ATCQ on every track.
Or a Scarface album with Geto Boys on every track.
Or a Redman album with Def Squad people on every track.
Or a Nas album with The Firm on every track
Would you want to hear Puff Daddy/P Diddy w/e on all of BIG's tracks (actually spitting)?

I mean if you want to do a group/collab album that's fine and I'll listen to it as such. But when you have a solo album that's filled with a bunch of other guys, it just kills the vibe when I am listening to that album with the intent of hearing 1 main artist.

And it's not even just Outlawz, every album had tons of guest artists.

Some of these people may have been in choruses, but you get the idea
2pacalypse Now - around 12 guest artists/verses or w/e
S4MN - around 10
Thug Life members were boring
Me Against the World - probably had the least features, but still around 6 or so
AEOM - 30+
Makaveli - around 10 or so
Then of course all his posthumous albums always had tons of guests

Again, naS stans showing how dumb they are... Outside of ronnie no one is running around calling Pac the goat lyricist. Even though I have Pac as the GOAT I wouldnt call him the best lyricist. Dumbass nozz fans would call hennessey and enemies and friend of me the goat line.......if naS said it.

everybody got average songs my dawg....i aint saying otherwise. but nas got way more filler than pac and it aint because he lived longer..... pacs batting avg. is a lot higher than nas's

by the way..speaking of condensing records..if u condense all eyez on me its a lot more than solid breh :jawalrus:
