One of the many loopholes in the Bible is the topic of drinking. By literal text it just says do not be drunk (or specifically, do not be drunk with wine) but didn't mention anything about the action of drinking. So technically if you're drinking in moderation that you're not all instances of the term "drunk" then you're not sinning. Idk about weed though.
