We need to stop comparing Lebron to the basketball gods. Right now he is a basketball demigod. He's not on that level yet and I dont know if he ever will be. We judge our gods by rings AND stats. Not just stats. And every player that in that elite that has won multiple championships won it before they even reached that point in their career. Duncan, Shaq, Kobe, Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Bird. And one thing you guys never EVER mention in these convos is the fact Jordan went to college for 3 years and Lebron didnt and actually most of the gods that I named went to school for more than 1 year with the exception of Kobe. So Lebron already had years on them in them NBA.

Another thing is Lebron will never be on Jordans level because he wont last as long and his style of play. Lebron is more of a drive it in and post play guy. Jumpshooting is not his perfection. Without a decent jump shot those guys dont last long in the league. Thats why Duncan and KG are still going strong in the league. Because theyre midrange game remained on point. Lebron never focused on his midrange jumpshot enough to have that go to move. The mid range jumper is what made players like Jordan Kobe and Magic.
Yes Lebron is a freak of nature and jumps out the gym but we all know that dreaded dunkers curse of when your knees start to go. It happens to damn near every highflying dunker in the league. Lebron is going to be 29 next year and his body is going to go through more wear and tear.

I predict by 32 he's washed. Wade on the other hand, :( he's going to be done by next season. He's going to have the same season Amare had this year and Lebron is going to have to carry the team likes he's done this year.

The shyt that I dont understand is: IN baseball there is NO SALARY CAP, in football the teams have more bread to spend. Why in BASKETBALL was this done? The amount of dudes that couldve said " Lets all go to the Yankees or Red Sox and win a quick championship" but they havent makes you wonder.

People do go to the yanks and sox thinking it'll be easy.

NBA's problem is that individual salaries shouldnt be capped. Cap what teams can spend put not what an individual can make like the NFL

You're a biased Stan. I'm objective and just telling it like it is. Now run along and pick your pom poms up
Objective? You're bringing opinions because YOU don't like it..what part of that shyt is objective? I'm bringing numbers

You said fans will turn away but since it happened the NBA has seen ratings through the roof..
