that's what i hear lebron fans say a lot to justify him losing on the biggest stage, often in embarrassing and pathetic fashion.
bbbbbbbbut at least he made it :flabbynsick:
Answer the question tho :ohhh:

Losing in the conference finals is better than losing in the Finals? :ohhh:

Why ya'll always trying to give LeBron the tax refund?

Like "well if he wins 4 championships lets just act like he won 10 scoring titles, 3-peated twice, never lost a game 6, accumulated the 2nd most steals of all time, retired 3 times, still scored 32,000+ for his career, scored 3,000 points in a season and averaged 37ppg in the same season"

That's not how sports work.:russ:
When he does everything better is when we'll say so.

That might be what it is, a age thing the same reason why old heads annoy us...we might be the new old heads:mjcry:

I've seen Bron go off in the Palace, Heatles Game 6 in the Garden to put a bullet in the Old Celts and the GS comeback but none of that compares to me personally to anything I've seen MJ do:yeshrug:

I give Bron his props tho this man has been playing non stop for damn near 15 years and has gotten better completely mastered his craft. He will prob get 3 more rings before his career is over

I've got mad respect for Bron. He's totally lived up to the hype around him coming out of high school.

Easily one of the top five players of all time. And probably the most phsically gifted along with Wilt.

But, Jordan was simply a force, man.

It's like the Jimi Hendrix v random cac guitar legend debate.

Those cac guitar players were great. Eric Clapton, Steve Ray Vaughan, etc. But, Jimi was a fukkin' force.

who cares if Jordan never lost a game 6?

how about all those times he got knocked out the playoffs early and the times his teams got swept?

I have all the respect for Brons game and his accomplishments but stop it. This dude single handedly birthed the super team era that will probably kill some of the luster and competitiveness in the NBA for years to come. Stars in their prime leaving squads to join up with others in their primes as well is some shyt I still can't wrap my head around:dahell:

But we've been down this road before don't know why so many ppl are trying year after year to put Bron above MJ, it will never happen in most people's eyes and for good reason.

Bron will go down solidly number 2 and that isn't a bad career at all:yeshrug:

actually, the Celtics birthed the super-team era.

and there were plenty of super-teams before them, that were formed by the front office.

Michael Jordan and all of the goats played on super-teams, except Oscar Robertson - altho his ring came with kareem.

Since signing up, I've seen them try to argue that the 1993 Knicks and 1998 jazz were all time teams, that the 2003-10 cavaliers were a championship quality supporting cast (the cavaliers won 97 games out of 312 in the 4 years LeBron was in Miami), that he was carried through the 2012 and 2013 playoffs, that the bulls gave up valuable assets for Dennis Rodman (they traded will perdue), and today I saw someone try to argue the 2010-11 heat had quality depth while the bulls were never stacked and argued such by listing the end of the bench guys for Chicago. Described the 1995-96 bulls as Mike surrounded by a 35 year old Rodman, a declining Scottie, and a bunch of bums (Chicago had 3 guys make all defensive first team that year, as well as sixth man of the year and coach of the year). That's Kobe Stan levels of delusion.

This is a 'stacked super team' according to this groupie.

You're in here diminishing bosh and the other heat players like chalmers and miller didn't have 25 point games in the finals and wade and bosh were scoring 30+ each in the playoffs fukk outta here you dikkriding revisionist.

both 3-peat bulls were super-teams for their respective eras.

what other teams had 3 or 4 stars back then?
with the perfect supporting cast to boot.

"Who cares if Jordan never lost a game 6" At least I can tell you're unbiased......

If you care that Jordan lost to two of the greatest basketball teams of all time, why do you suddenly :"not care" that Jordan never lost a game 6? You're blatantly saying you only care about his losses, even though he's the winningest player of all time after the 60's Celtics, or Kareem.

I'm no fool, if you're that damn biased any further discussion would be a waste of time, think I'll save it. There isn't any "all those times" the only time Jordan's bulls were swept or outed in the first round was 1986 & 87.

So it's better to lose without even reaching the Finals? :ohhh:

Answer the question tho :ohhh:

I'll answer for him, matter a fact I'll let Bron answer

Cause he said himself he rather not make the playoffs than to lose in the finals

6:05

Out of his own mouth he admitted in so many words, losing in the Offs is not worse than losing in the finals. He even said it would hurt a lot easier to not even make the playoffs and have no shot. That answers your question.

had he lost again last year, and he was very close to that 3 peat of Ls,

So yes, not reaching the finals is better than reaching the highest point, just to lose and help build someone else legacy. Y'all Bron stans created this fakkit "but losing in the first round is worse" narrative to try to downplay Jordan and prop up Bron, as if Bron himself wouldn't disagree with that dumb as narrative as he already did in the video above.

fukk are you talking about?

Yes, it hurts to lose more in a Finals when you were so close.

In the context of legacy though how the fukk is reaching the Finals and losing worse than losing in the prior rounds.

I rather be 1-9 in the Finals like Jerry West than be a guy like CP3 who never made it out the second round.
