It's not about money with me anyway, you could be unemployed and I'd be fine with that as long as you've got better than a bachelor degree and you're actively looking for work. It's about being the sort of person I want to associate with and who I think would actually make me better

What she left out is that generally a 30 year old dude who grinded for years has at least 15 years experience at hollering at chicks.
