(1) The case was air tight...They didn't need his confession...That just shows you how confident the prosecutors felt about their case...Did they even offer him a plea deal?
(2) He chose a lawyer that wanted to be all in the cameras...People around him and other rappers warned him against that...But he wanted to be wavy...
(3) Rappers don't have all the money they claim to have...Jim Jones had him locked up in a raw deal...Whatever money he made in music would probably be going straight to Jim Jones...He saw an opportunity to hit an easy lick, and he took...

(4) Random people are not going to blame you for a homicide...Max B called the shots...I think they had evidence about this phone calls, and a the people who pulled the triggers testified against him...Open and shut case really...

Yes his lawyer was garbage but Max still had a tough case against him.
He had 2 people saying he was the mastermind of the robbery that lead to the murder.
when you get hit with that kind of bid, really the only thing that keeps you sane and in high spirits is thinking that you may possibly get out, so once this November one gets denied expect another one a year or two after.

besides, there were alot of holes in the case breh. if max had a real lawyer, he couldve beat the whole thing.
