The thing is, when you hear him say that he can't wait to get out get back to do it what he does, it never sounds like he's selling you bullshyt, he sounds as if he GENUINELY believes that he's going to get out..I just wish there was a legit possibility of him getting out.

Why don't you think it's possible? If he can get a damn good lawyer anything is possible. Hell look how many times John Gotti got off until karma caught up with him :pachaha:

(1) The case was air tight...They didn't need his confession...That just shows you how confident the prosecutors felt about their case...Did they even offer him a plea deal?

(2) He chose a lawyer that wanted to be all in the cameras...People around him and other rappers warned him against that...But he wanted to be wavy...

(3) Rappers don't have all the money they claim to have...Jim Jones had him locked up in a raw deal...Whatever money he made in music would probably be going straight to Jim Jones...He saw an opportunity to hit an easy lick, and he took...

He did it for the money...Sex and Money...That's why we do what we do...

(4) Random people are not going to blame you for a homicide...Max B called the shots...I think they had evidence about this phone calls, and a the people who pulled the triggers testified against him...Open and shut case really...
this n*gga dont know what the fuk he's talking about

Max B is less known than Boosie and that nikka album flopped. I wouldnt know who Max B was if it wasnt for the internet. The average nikka from Cali knows more about his legal issues than his actual music.

Unfortunately this is true and Max B was that nikka but I don't think he's getting out. I hope he does with a better lawyer but the likelihood of overturning the 'evidence' against him is very slim. He did almost 8 years before he began his rap career.. he's 37 now... he would have been a legit superstar if he hit his prime and stayed out of jail.. he was ahead of his time.

:wow:was bumping this in the whip earlier

the wave lives on :blessed:
