Whose gonna defend the "victims". The second dude who lived, got arrested himself. It was one group of goons jumping another goon who already got set up by a third group.

The victims (2 dudes) were scammers. Who got setup by 2 hoes (who had the drop on 'em). Then Max's group had the drop on the first group (and didn't know there was a second group).

Max's bytch and brother who were on their way (from NY to NJ) just to burglarize the hotel they were staying at. She was high the whole time, so they drove around in circles before reaching the location. Then when they broke in, turns out one of the dudes and one of the hoes were in the room (they came back in).

So the burglary turned into a robbery. Then the second dude and hoe walked in. And then that robbery turned into manslaughter.

Of course, the bytch decided to throw Max under the bus. Saying Max "conspired" the whole thing. So the manslaughter turns into a murder. And max gets charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

Technically, Max never even met the guys or know what they looked like. Max's girl was a stripper who was foolin round with one of 'em. The dude bought her gifts, and she tried bragging bout it to Max. Then when Max found out, they conspired to burglarize the dude's hotel room cuz she knew where he was staying at. So its not all Max's plan. He just gets the sole backlash, because she decided to pin the whole thing on him.

Yea not gonna lie that wasnt a good decision. But it is what it is.

A lot of people say he deserved it but I know people who's got life sentences (no where near 75 though) with lack of evidence and pure hear-say. It's never good to see talented people get locked up. The fact he's in there knowing he could've been home very soon must burn his soul

only reason i made this thread was cus i was thinking about the bobby shmurda case. they originally offered max-b a 10 yr plea deal that he rejected. bobby shmurda got offered an 8 yr plea deal. so if bobby don't take that deal, he'll probably spend the rest of his life in prison as well. 8 yrs may seem like a lot to a free man, but i'd take that 8 yrs over the alternative. especially considering he'd probably be out in 5-6
