You have a chance to create a huge star right out the gate imo, sending him to nXt makes him seem like less of a star. Debut him on Raw or a PPV, have him destroy some fan favorite(Cena, Bryan, or Reigns) and you instantly have a main event heel ready to go.

How about Ziggler wins the IC title at Mania.......next night on Raw, the inevitable rematch. Ziggler retains, Joe comes through the crowd gives Ziggler the beats...walks up the ramp, out walks Heyman with the slow clap and walks him into the back.

If I were booking, I'd have Both Ziggler and Bryan climbing the ladder at the same time and eventually costing each other the title, while Barrett retains. this leads to a series of matches between Ziggler ad Bryan, while Barrett feuds with other mid card faces to build him up and the title up.

I think Joe should be brought in as a major deal up against Reigns as a way to make a big new star, and give Reigns someone to build himself off of.
