As long as it leads to a Joe/KO/Lesnar Triple threat match at some point I couldn't care who's the first champ. But if they want to make SD good get Joe/Finn/KO/AJ/Shinskue all together at some point and nobody will be watching raw.

The only 3 choices they have are Cena Seth or Roman. ANYONE else makes the belt feel lesser.

For me, if I'm Cokeboy, I'm PRAYING Brock Lesnar wins at UFC. If so, I'd give him the belt first.

I'd set-up a world title tourney for the belt and just have Brock come in and basically steal the belt, on some bully sh*t, and then dare ppl to come beat him for it.

That belt would have immediate credibility.

Pay him to make an appearance every other week and via satellite in between. Spare no expense for about 2 months because you need to build this new Smackdown the right way.
