I`ve never said that black players don't get more scrutiny, my only beef is sometimes people on here bytch about well deserved scrutiny of a black player solely because he is a black player.
But for certain white QB's get more of a pass and get their faults dismissed a lot easier

Hmm.............if race doesn't matter in the NFL, why is Vince Young (2 time pro bowl QB) out of league and can't get a job, while scrubs like Derek Anderson, John Skelton, Matt Leinart, (who aren't even serviceable QB's if they had the chance to start), get to sit on the bench year after year and get paid?

Your comment is simply idiotic. There are quite a few nutjobs STILL PLAYING IN THE NFL CURRENTLY, many who have murdered individuals or are convicted criminals, so the statement you posted holds no weight whatsoever.
NFL owners, executives and player personnel overlook major infidelities like this on a regular basis for skilled athletes that can make a difference on the field. However, these are the "cream of the crop" football players, not scrubs or undesirables who have no business even being in the professional ranks.
Furthermore, most, if not all of African American backup QB's on the NFL's 32 team roster now were former starters in the league and you won't find a below average 2nd or 3rd string black QB who is not even worthy of being a NFL player sitting on the sidelines multiple years getting paid. Whether you choose to admit it or not, race is still a deciding factor within the NFL, especially when it comes to it's number one position, QB.
