Let I'm so hood come on and see what happens...Plies verse is sung in unison,what about Plies verse on Lose My Mind?Plies verse on Wasted? The nikka had some memorable verses and outshined Ross on every song they been on...Plies was gettin Pac comparisons before he decided to shamlessly crossover and go for the ladies and not feed the streets....Plies sold gold his first two albums too and Dro did on his first I believe.....and guess what,both had a fraction of the promotion Ross had when they tried pushing him down our throats for a whole year,feature after feature,hottest mc list,puffy aaaalll in the videos comparin him to biggie....my point wasn't that they are bigger stars...my point was rappers of they ilk had more superstar potential than Ross and a push and marketing dollars would've been better spent on them all bias aside,Ross ceiling was always lower....some rappers just have more memorable performances on wax than others,and lyrical ability has shyt to do with it....show me a nikka who don't know quotables fromDro on Shoulder Lean,or his verse on Top Back where he outshined ATL's finest at the time...these are legendary....Ross ain't got verses like that

So what he won't do Ludacris, T.I. Nelly, 50cent, Numbers from last decade

BUT THIS DECADE those artists I named ^ are all gold artists just like he is. Nelly may not even be that anymore. Lil Wayne & Kanye West's last projects were gold projects

Ross is one of the biggest artists if not biggest doing it today. Your doing him an injustice comparing him to Lamar Odom or Allen Iverson

Not to mention, the numbers talk when associated with Ross is always brought up to discredit him. Ignore all of his achievements/consistency and focus on the fact that Trilla is 100K away from being platinum

Dro more lyrical,more one liners,more quotables...unless its a verse where some depth is required I don't see Ross fairing too well both at there best

I could agree with that and say he over achieved a lot ,from what he was supposed to be which was a one hit wonder in the beggining.....but the ammount of hype and push he got later pre GFID,u could say he underachieved same way Odom did.....both got hyped up to be sumthin they never were supposed to be according to actual proof,which u can say ain't fair...but it happened and they didn't live up to it

Yeah GFID def underperformed sales wise.......2chainz outsold him. He def had a big push, more than likely he will probably never see plat
