I did. I went to a private school with some, in retrospect, lofty standards. I was reading by 2 years old and by 5 was reading like a middle schooler.

PEMDAS was absolutely taught to us.

Edit: Might have actually been 1st grade. This was 30+ years ago

I did not say all that, I said I was in a good private school. PEMDAS was not called PEMDAS though, just order of operations. We called it some goofy shyt like "please eat more daises after supper" or something. As a self-admitted idiot, I don't have any reason to lie about this.
