@ nïggas not knowing what 6÷2 is
@ nïggas not knowing what 6÷2 isSo look lemme help y'all:![]()
I have faith in you Coli brehs

No it’s not I put the brackets because I was showing it as 6 over 2(1+2) which is 1.The fact that you need the parentheses there to show how you’re looking at it is the clue that you’re looking at it incorrectly.
That’s the fundamental problem you don’t know if the 2 is attached to the 6/ or the (1+2) hence why this equation is a badly written equation. Technically both can be right it’s just how you interpreted the equationSo look lemme help y'all:
I think where y'all getting it wrong is trying to mix it all together from jump. Treat what's outside and inside the parentheses as two separate problems 1st
6÷2 (1+2)=
-So youre going to add (1+2). That's 3
6÷2 (3)
-Now you divide 2 into 6 which =3
-So now your problem should look like this:
3(3)
-Now! Anything on the outside of the parenthesis is going to be multiplies by what's on the outside of it. So basically it would translate to:
3x3
You should have it from here
...PLZ tell me y'all have it from here![]()

I’m not interpreting however I like lmao as I keep saying the answer can be both. What is your degree in?Yes, putting the brackets there is how to show that the 6 is divided by the full argument, 2(1+2).
The actual math problem in the OP doesn’t have the extra brackets, tho, now does it? Once again, you can’t just change the problem to interpret it however you’d like.
The answer can only be both if you add parentheses that are not there. Without them, it can only be interpreted one way.I’m not interpreting however I like lmao as I keep saying the answer can be both. What is your degree in?
See I think that’s our difference in why we are seeing it differently lol makes sense nowThe answer can only be both if you add parentheses that are not there. Without them, it can only be interpreted one way.
My degrees are in mechanical engineering.

Mothafukkas had to have dropped out of kindergarten to not know the Order of Operations.
You didnt learn PEMDAS in Kindergarten nikka.
I did. I went to a private school with some, in retrospect, lofty standards. I was reading by 2 years old and by 5 was reading like a middle schooler.
