He did at Davidson. He was the best player on a championship team....Stockton could never be that.
stop you reaching for the stars now

college is not the pros so that's a mute point

stockton & steph are not comparable players

as far ahead as chef is in shooting stockton is farther ahead in running a team

mailman.malone is the #2 all time buckets off stockton assists

be grateful chef ain't have to spend his career in the trenches

stans like you putting shytstains on sons legacy

What makes the Warriors dominant is the spacing Steph provides so you're wrong.
Stockton could shoot, if the 3 was more utilized back then im sure he would have practiced it more and have been an even better 3 point shooter

Also, the illegal screens also helps create space :shaq:
Fukk no

Curry's shooting is what makes it easier for his teammates better. Stockton wasnt even a visionary type passer....he just ran the same pikk n roll every play but for some reason ppl couldnt stop it...most of the success is Malone tbh and his ability to finish at the rim and hit 15 footers

And Curry is just as good of a passer but with god level shooting

Stockton was tough on defensebut he wasnt lokkin nobody. Stockton was great but imo super overrated

This argument is just craxy wrong
We dont see eye to eye, its all good breh. Instead of resorting to childish insults ill just keep it moving :myman:

Guys shoot the more than ever and that was inevitable whether Curry existed or not. The Hakeem-led Rockets set the foundation, the SSOL Suns and Dwight-era Magic further made the 3 a bigger part of the game

25 years ago the average team attempted less than 10% of their shots from 3 and made roughly 33%, 15 years ago they attempted roughly 20-22% from 3 and made 35-36%, this year alone they're taking 36% of their shots from 3 and making 35.5%

Players haven't necessarily gotten better at shooting 3s in the past decade, they're just shooting more and making it a bigger part of their game. Guys in the 90s literally were the first outside of the ABA to be exposed to the 3 point line... They didn't really grow up with a 3 point like like today's player. Mid and mid post, mid and post

I don't see how Price couldn't average 25+ on high efficiency in today's game. He was a liability off of his small frame alone but he's not the guy to bring up when discussing how Curry would fare. 15.2 ppg while making 40% of his 3s in the late 80s/early 90s90s... dude would eat today but also get abused on defense imo
