So then they should let him go based on what your saying
Look, what part of HIS DOCTORS put him on a innings limit do you guys NOT understand.
Nobody here is a doctor, or has expertise in handling Tommy John recoveries
The Nationals have the top people in the world working on this, and they say 160-180
You can't compare the next guy to Steve because the next guy didn't have steve's doctors. And if they did, well those doctors have learned there lesson and now this is how you handle TJ recoveries
It worked for Zimmerman, and it seems to be working for Strauss
As a fan of the Nats, I'm not mad. I'm confident we are good enough to STILL WIN IT ALL w/out him
He'll be a pillar for the next decade hopefully...
How do you know it "worked" for Zimmerman? For all we know Zimmerman couldve pitched 200 last season and STILL beasted this year. Youre almost acting like his talent improved because of the innings limit. Like if we call up any pitcher and have him pitch 160 innings no matter what his numbers are the next year hes gonna beast.
